GT40 heads

I can't post in the wanted section yet. :jail:I'm looking for a set of GT40 heads. Preferably ones that are ready to bolt on and go. I live near Saginaw but I'm willing to pick up almost anywhere in the state for the right deal. Thanks.

Probably can pick up a better set used for the same money....is it a class built engine requiring these?
 
Nope. Just want to keep my cost down around $300. I thought I had a set with stainless valves and some other goodies but they sold before I got my car tore apart to make sure all I needed was heads.
If I could get better ones in that ballpark I would go for it.

This minimum post count to make threads in the classified section does not appear to be working out as everyone makes them in the pub instead.
 
GT40P heads work with BBK shorties which you can find most anywhere, I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert on the subject
 
damn maybe i dont know how it is in the burbs, but i only paid 350 for a set of windsor jr's with roller rockers in the hood.

You know... The min post thing in the selling section is one thing, but in the wanted section I think it's a bit silly. My car is broke down right now and I really need a set of heads. Sorry but I see no point in making a min post for the wanted section. I've got good feedback at the Corral, Lincolns on line, and ford vs chevy. I know someone has a set of heads laying around that they want to get rid of.
 
I know the junkyard in St. Johns just sold three sets of gt40ps to a friend of mine at $300 a set. All were 60,000 or less for miles. I can see if my dad has any heads that he wants to part with.
