The home is a 2 bed 1 bath ranch with a full finished basement with 3rd bed room, the home has been re done from top to bottom, new bath room, updated finshed basement, Granite counter tops, new hardwood floors, newer roof,windows and CA/Furnace. The home is located at a dead end street, 3 houses from a golf course. The home just went up for sale for 69,900 and he will pay all the buyers closing costs. You can google the address, its listed on a few realestate websites for ~73k. The house is 2 bedroom, finished basement, etc....800-some sq ft, 1.5 car garage.
