Fist of all I have no affiliation with them and I usually don't post props threads. However they are a sponsor and I felt they needed recognition.
On my 14th Wedding Anniversary I smashed the front end of my company car '08 Ford Fusion.
My boss said to take to the Ford Dealer in Farmington because they are very close to our office. When I called their collision center they said they were booked two weeks out and I couldn't drop my car off there. That make no sense what if it was towed there from the accident scene?
Called Varsity and made an appointment for the next day.
First off they walked the vehicle and pointed out everything on it from accident damage to the other scratches and dings. Making sure everything was noted before hand.
They took care of everything with my corporate fleet insurance.
They included a couple additional items in the claim (that may not have been a direct result of the accident) on this claim.
Enterprise was on site and I had a rental car within 5 minutes.
They finished the repairs a couple of days early.
When I picked up the car on Friday, the floor mats were shampooed, car was cleaned, vacuumed (including dog hair), Armor All'd (or similar product) inside and tires ,windows cleaned inside and out.
And the paint work was very good, no fish eyes, buggers, paint lines or over-spray it looks great.
Above and beyond:
I picked the car up on last Friday, they fixed front end damage, hood, grill, headlight, passenger, fender..... One of the additional items was repainting the driver side A-pillar.
Yesterday the inside driver's door handle wouldn't open the door. I called the collision center and left a message about 5:30 PM. I didn't think it was related to the repairs but figured I would call and ask. Worst case I have them fix it anyway.
They called back first thing this morning they said to bring it in at my earliest convenience. They would take a look at it and see whats going on.
Went by at lunch today, they said the door handle broke, fairly common and they repaired it for free. Turns our this was not an item related to their repairs or the accident.
It took them less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. No paperwork or anything.
Just good old fashion customer service.
If your on the west side (Wixom) and need collision service I recommend them. Let face it accidents suck, when insurance covers it you can take your car pretty much anywhere. So I'd use them again because they treated me very well.
