Grand Prix Blower Motor won't shut off

I put a new blower motor in a 2004 Grand Prix about 6 months ago (I thought it was odd that it went out so soon). But anyways been working fine till tonight, came home shut the car off and the blower motor kept running along with the wipers and radio. Thats normal till you open the door. Opened the door the wipers and radio shut off but blower motor kept going. Restarted the car shut it off same thing. Wiggled the key and ign switch, nothing. Turned the blower switch down all the way and it went to slow speed. Went to pull the fuse for it and I found 5 different relays under the hood just marked fan 1 fan2 etc.. and pulled 1 fuse from side panel in the car. Blower still going. Finally I just got under the dash and unplugged the motor. Any suggestions on where to look next? What to check? Never seen this problem before.
Thanks

blower speed control module, powered from the batt 2 fuse under the hood IIRC

follow the wires from the blower motor a few inches over and you will see it, held in with 2 screws

sounds like a bad relay but im not a mechanic... id try looking through the owners manual to find out which relay controls it and start with that

if it is the one I am thinking of, the relay is in the control module, which is mounted the same as an older resister

is there a way to test the control module to see if it is bad? :icon_ques

there is a constant power, a constant ground, a small wire from the control head, which sends a voltage signal IIRC, but I would have to look it up to let you know for sure, I will be at the shop later so i will post up the wire colors

Pin A is black, goes strait to ground
Pin B is a small bray w/black strip wire, the speed control signal from the control head
Pin C is the Battery feed from fuse "Batt 4" under the hood
Pin D and E are black and purple, and go to the blower motor
