Gotta catch a rabbit in my yard, suggestions?

Plant marijuana around the garden. They'll either be slow and easy to catch, or you wont need to worry about your garden, koolaid, potato chips, & old E.

so maybe sprinkle it on the leaves around the base? i can't imagine it'd take much for the rabbit to take notice.

You have about a 5% chance with trapping it in a live trap this time of year with food everywhere, I have raised rabbit dogs for a few years and never had luck trapping them in a standard live trap for training pups/young hounds, They just wont go in them so I made my own and can catch them every time with just a slice of apple, its all in the design of the trap, Im in Port Huron if you want to borrow it LMK

The key is for the trap to be open on all sides, Pic of said trap I built and trust me it works VERY well
The little wooden dowel/stick is the trigger that holds the bait (apple) when the bait/apple is pulled, pushed, moved the outside wire cage drops

I've heard the marigold thing works.

Borrow one of these. Maybe Matt will let you use Bennett.

Awwwww, he's so cute!

My dog is the most useless rabbit dog in the world. I have rabbits in my back yard almost the same size as him. He doesn't chase them or even look their way, he's a total sissy.

Well you have two options.

1. If it's a unique rabbit...

unique up on it

2. If it's a tame rabbit...

you catch it the tame way

I guess there's something called 'invisible fence' that keeps deer and rabbits away. I'll try that. Or I'll just shoot it.

That stuff has a pretty noxious odor that lasts quite awhile. Not sure I'd want to use that in an area where you may entertain guests.
