I sold the whole set already. That went towards the transmission/converter. I'm waiting on the bogarts, I already have the tires.

Not to knock your choice of transmission but when you put so much money into a th-350 or 400 you might as well have put in an automatic overdrive. They handle just as much power plus overdrive and a lock-up converter.

$3500+ and it could break the first time you get in it...versus $1200 to your door beat on it for 6 years then sell it for $900. Yes I see your point.

I am not familiar with the insides of transmissions though so I could be wrong.

Any clearance issues or mini tubbing required with the 315's? Sounds like a lot of tire for a street car.

The 315/60/15 is a pain to fit. The 325/50/15 is a 28" tall tire and fits a easy. Gold Rush is running the 325/50/15 not a 315/60/15 which is a 30" tire.
