I agree with the Spray gun if possible. A semi-flat paint will look much better than a full flat on a car.

I strongly suggest taking your time when you do this. The extra 2 or 3 hours you might spend on removing front/rear bumpers, headlights/taillights, mirrors, removable moldings, etc. will make a WORLD of difference. Spend some time and it will look really good when your done.

What the hell is wrong with that caddy for 200 bucks???

flat black wont hold up to all the grease finger prints your going to get on that car when your working on it, j/p

satin or semi gloss, single stage paint for the best results, im not a painter my dads 67 is semi gloss it looks pretty tough and wipes clean with out any residue.
