X2 i chose do speed. ITS MY OWN DUMBASS FAULT WHEN I GET CAUGHT!

"speed traps" are bullshit! not paying attention to the speed limit signs? TOO FUCKIN BAD. when the speed limit drops lower than 70 on an interstate your STUPID to think that cops aren't parked near by looking for you. how do idiots call that entrapment? i call it "being stupid." lmao!

cops only write speeding tickets to stupid people. common sense isn't so common these days.

Its not Reckless Driving if he didnt right you for it, if he wrote you a speeding ticket, thats exactly what you got. He could have impounded your car for reckless driving.
 
Watch traffic on 94 as you head west.. cruising at 85, then suddenly 75% of the cars drop down to 72 or so for no reason, except that "Welcome to Jackson County" sign. Those are the people in the know. :D

Try to get it changed to a Civil Infraction and just pay more money. If it was a state boy you may be screwed. If a local got ya , they may be up for it.

Speeding on the Expressway should be a limited access ticket.
There is a sticky thread on here (search for it) that I posted that has everything you need to know about traffic tickets/points/penalties/drivers responsibility.


It should NOT be considered reckless/careless driving.
