got pull over in Jackson county on I-94..25MPH over limilit.
anyone know how muck will it cost for the ticket and how many points?
 
With the same type of points that you have, I was paying around 370/mo for my Mustang GT and Bonneville to have full coverage. I believe your Driver Responsibility is going to cost you an extra $250/yr till you drop below 7 pts again.

That was at age 26, so if you're younger, it's probably gonna be more than that. I had to go with Progressive as no one else would touch me. I've been ticket free for 2 years now and my insurance just this week dropped down to 250/mo. At the end of this year, another 5 tickets will drop off my record, then I can start shopping rates everywhere.
 
yep I bet you didnt slow down when it went from 70mph to 55mph on I-94 in jackson?

they had a big thing on the news about "crackdowns right in that general area"
showed the state cops right there on camera with his radar.

i dont think thats right (entrapment). I say get out on the road and if you can get me the honest way then I pay the ticket.

dont sit in the median focker and radar us going by.
one way to look at it is your high insurance and your ticket helps the state of michigan out of their hole right?

you have to be very careful now. and the radar detectors are useless IMHO

in a nutshell you could have hit an innocent pedestrian crossing the street and got less points..

Man you picked a bad spot to speed they have multiple speed traps on 94 in Jackson co.

I have heard other truck drivers talk about how many people are in there trying to fight tickets.

Jackson sucks. Cops are assholes. Luckly with my 5 over ticket, the cop didnt show. The judge was very nice tho.
