73 Conti Coupe

50k miles, mint condition, flowmasters and lowered, now it needs some 22-24s...anyone got a hookup or ideas? Im gonna give it a tuneup and rock it out for the rest of the year. everything works like new...i love it, and itll roll 8 deep in comfort like nobodys biz

whattya guys think?anyone ever hopped up a 460? I dont think the 200hp is gonna cut it. Is there any way to make some easy quick power on these things? carb...yanking the emissions?

thanks for the ideas guys. Im thinking either some big white walls on chrome steelies, or else just gettin some 24s

I second the big white walls on chrome steelies!!!

X3, or else I would consider 18" chrome Dayton 100-spokes. Haven't seen them on this bodystyle, but seen them on a couple 60's lincolns and always looked good as long as they didn't go overboard with the size.

That is very cool. I love the gangster look on lincoln's some airbags are a must on the to do list!!!

yeah ill look around, chances are itll get some big blades. Im not sure if white walls and steelies would really fit with it being a 70s car.

Anyone need any Crager SS's. I got 4 with big baloney's as the owner called them

I think Im gonna try and get an employee discount on a set of higher compression ford racing cobra jet heads, and a mild cam. Get her back from emissions hell. Supposedly the cams were installed 8 degrees retarded in 73 as part of the emissions scam of the early 70s. getting it back straight up like the interceptors will bring it back to its 365hp glory
