Tons of people here that could help with the EFI HO swap. I converted my car from carb back to efi. Worth every second and dollar spent.
I pm'd a couple of guys - I should just about have it covered once I get 2 Mustangs out of the way to the garage .:gr_mad:

I need to clean out my dads garage, I know I have gt40 and explorer intakes, some hardware, electronics, etc... I say go for it.
 
Mass air conversion, heads, intake and cam. Some gears and maybe a power adder and you wont feel the extra weight. Throw a 5 speed at it and the fun factor wil be there.

Keep it EFI. I doubt if that stock motor will be roller cammed. There are several writeups on how to convert it to mass air.
 
Damn you should come down and check out my buddys tbird, 347 c4 goes 10.13 or so on motor, dont think he ever sprayed it but it looks badass.

I bought 2 from Ebay - The guy lives in Canada , I got the tracking number but it's been 2 weeks and nothing yet - Let me know in case these don't show - also got a 89 LX Mustang to swap motor and tranny into this:bigthumb:

I had a wrecked Thunderbird and the doors were junk but I can't remember if I keep the mirrors :headscrat
 
Progress

Getting a 3 inch cowl hood and just bought a convertor for the AOD and a Professional Products Typhoon upper and lower intake - now I need heads and cam
