Pics to come - It's a "Grandma special " - no mods 1986 Thunderbird 5.0 (non H.O.)aod , 118,000 miles , some surface rust on driver's door - everything else is perfect. Floors are spotless and shock towers are clean . Trying to figure out if I should add a H.O. motor with F.I. or Carb . Gonna copy Badbird's car hopefully and be able to cruise all 3 kids around this year.

I kind of like the idea of leaving it all factory and upgrading to H.O. Fuel injection but I think it will be a pain in the a$$

You'd just have to find all the stock parts off a mass air stang. Might be a pain running the harness/wiring.

It has the wiring already , I believe I just need a speed density mustang computer which I have - gonna buy a H.O. motor and swap it out

Tons of people here that could help with the EFI HO swap. I converted my car from carb back to efi. Worth every second and dollar spent.
