Booo Berry was one sale at Kroger this weekend. That stuff is good, too. That is part one of training. Bowls of ceral with a gallon of milk.

Everytime Ive heard about it; its sposed to be milk only.

as far as why you hurl, I thought its because it curdles in the stomach, but if its a base/acid reaction thing going on too; I could see that.
