Good/honest GM dealer service center in the area?

My 2008 Impala has developed a P0172 Bank 1 Rich engine code lately and it's driving me nuts because it won't let me use my remote start with it on. The car drives just fine and fuel mileage doesn't really seem to have changed, but the one symptom I do notice is that it stumbles a little during initial firing on a cold start. After that, it's perfectly fine even when restarting warm.

Doing some reading, it seems one of the most likely culprits is that the ECM is calculating the ethanol content of the fuel wrong and causing this issue. Unfortunately, it seems the solution to this requires a tech2 to get the latest programming as well as reset fuel trims. That said, I'm not 100% this is the issue. I'm very hesitant to go to a dealer because of a bad experience recently with unreasonable diagnosis fees and the cost was flat out excessive for the parts and work that needed to be done (charcoal canister replacement on a 2004 silverado. Dealer quote: $1200 split evenly between parts and labor. Replaced it myself for $2-300 and less than an hour of labor and genuine Delco part. Got charged 2 diagnosis fees for the same problem when I pulled the vehicle from their care)

Anyway, I'm in Plymouth, would like to stay within 20-30 min if possible. Anyone you trust around here to not screw me on diagnosis fees/unnecessary parts if the software update doesn't do it? I'd also be open to someone with the proper diagnostic tools to figure out the problem and I'll just perform any service myself.

Using a Snap-On diag tool with the latest software, it should be able to execute a fuel composition reset procedure. Under tests & procedures is here it should be located.

How many miles are on the ODO? 80k or less should be covered for such service for free unless the age of the car matters, that I am not sure.

Can you locally find 100% gasoline? Run a couple full tank of pure gasoline to see if it changes anything. Marathon in Allen Park used to, but that's a drive.
