i think its funny as shit that i made this thread to laugh at the unexpecting people who run for cover when the supra starts to spool...and no one is talking about it. definetly goes to show how sweet leos car is.

Yea it did ok this year..nothing like leos..but not bad for a cruiser. I cruised woodward more with it this year due to the problems i kept having at the track.

Later rather than sooner, Not sure, running the shop 6 days a week, class 3 nights a week leaves me little room for working on it :( i'll make a lot of progress for a few days, then it just sits for weeks. Down to the small stuff atleast

I dont wanna go with a used turbo..id rather run new. It runs upwards of $1400! I mean even though this is a shitty rear mount car :icon_wink sloowww

Yea it wasnt that bad...shitty gas mileage though lol. I cant do freeway with it though. But cruising in 3rd around 50-60mph im around 2200rpms. Not to bad.

understandable. you never really know what your getting with used stuff. but on the other hand sometimes you get awesome deals and everything works out. shitty rear mount car. HA. i think it does just fine. plus id rather have a rear mount turbo than no turbo at all...like me.. lol

thats why mine will be staying a 6 speed. if/when i build a racecar (far in the future) it will def have an auto.

Rear mounts aren't bad, they just aren't as good as a front mount. :flip: I've seen your car go, runs good. Seems like most of the rear mount crowd just doesn't take their time to set shit up so it runs like junk. Obviously you have that worked out lol.
