GM Tech Help - remote start

have a 2007 new body silverado, that is AP8 ready. lookin to see if anyone has the capability to do the programing to turn on the factory remote start function

Correct you need the vci number which you have to call GM tech line and have them change the calibration to the truck. Then you need to program the remote control door lock recevier, body control module and I think the theft deterrent module with an MDI. With the BCM programming you need to recalibrate the brake pedal position sensor and, air bags with a Tech 2. Definatly not something you can do with a tech 2. If you have all the correct parts I can get you a deal at the dealership I used to work at. Even if you dont have the parts let me know and ill ask my old parts manager.
 
I can do it, no need for VCI's or even the correct RPO ;) Fob(s) however are needed :D
