Which one? why?

I had an interesting discussion with a Ford guy in one of my classes today, I don't mind Ford but I hate GM, I owned one and never will again... he felt the same way.
 
GM has always been my favorite, mainly because of the f-bodies, and I think the trucks WERE the bestt looking ones(until the 07's hit the streets). With the exception of the GT, FOrd hasn't really ever made a car I really thought was bad ass...not since the 60's anyways.
 
I love GM. I have had great luck. My camaro has almost 200k on the clock, and never rebuilt the engine or trans. I like the vehicles they put out. I absolutely love my silverado.


I had two mopars so far....a neon, and a Jeep Cherokee. The neon sucked, and always had something wrong with it. The jeep was sweet, but I am not sure I will ever buy a mopar again (unless it's a jeep).

Never owned a ford, but I like them.
 
it is a long shot but I like the old Mopars and the new Ford trucks. I am not too much into GM but I am always open to suggestions. But I do like the 08 Pontiac G8 and thought about a lease in 08.

I had a Dakota that I miss greatly though<I think it was faster than BB71's car

I've always been a GM fan. although i love my Camaro and my daily driver is a little Ford Ranger that i don't mind for being a beater. My Family has never had good luck with anything Mopar/Chrysler so we pretty much stay away from there...hell my sisters Jeep Liberty got another recall in the mail today
 
GM here and I curently own a dodge (have had 3 rams), and 2 GM's (not including my Volvo). I have had a taurus, and 2 F-150's.

How can you dispute the small block Chevy motor that was in production virtually unchanged for 50 + years.

also I love my BBC and LS1:angel:

volvo isnt GM!
 
I've always owned Fords, never had any problems other than people running into the Escort I had and breaking shit on my old Ranger from severe abuse. You should expect to bend a driveshaft when you drop the front of the truck off a ledge that has you looking damn near straight at the ground :) The Lightning is a blast. I love that they made two door mid sized rear wheel drive cars three forths of the way through the 90's even though neither of the other two was.

Always loved the 427 Cammer and Ford's role in the escalation of crazy innovation for racing in the 60's.
 
Mid sized car: Ford, or lincoln

Sports car: GM

Truck: GM

3/4--/-- 1 ton : Ford (The new ones look BAD ASS!)

Compact: Mopar ;)
 
I was a GM man but learned from my fathers mistakes. Now it is all fords with my small block 92 stang and just picked up a 03 SVT Focus.
