damn I just finished my basement, I could have used some of this.

Got a call from CL, guy wants to meet up tonight to take it all. Sale pending for now.

What's funny is I got a text from another person at frickin 11:39pm last night!!! I was half asleep and they say they wanna see it, they'll call me in the morning. WTF?? You couldn't have waited 8-10 hours....geeez
