Fun with the kids and the Black Truck

So I figured I would wash the truck for the last time this year to put it away. My Son (4 Years Old) was helping me, and said to me "Dad, this is like giving the black truck a bubble bath". It made me laugh seeing it from his eyes. Then he said " Can you take us for a ride around the block when we are done?" I said of course. Then he said " can we do a burn out too?" Hey, who am I to refuse a request like that? So we drug the hose to the street, made ourselves a water box.Then I had the wife back me up to it from the porch, where she was taking pictures of all of this. Then we let it rip! after we went back into the garage, where my wife took a picture of their faces. I think they enjoy it as much as I do.

Thanks guys. There is nothing better than going out and doing something like that with them. My wife just shakes her head and says " are those marks going to go away?" I say "Sure" :shutup:
 
Nice truck! I see a fellow guy from Goodrich. Looks like the subdivision across from Kipp RD. That correct? Just said it because of the steep driveways...
 
Very nice truck... Always loved that body style, and it's even a long bed! Another goodrich guy indeed! Hope to see ya around (when I'm not in China, of course)
 
Ha, thats great remindes me of when me and my dad used to tinker around on his Chevelle and take it out around the corner pull a few holeshots and make some test passes. I always came back in the house with a big old silly grin on my face and my mom always knew right away what we had been up too.
 
Thanks guys. They are turning into car guys early. I guess it's in the blood. I guess I'm going to have to get another car we can all go out in together. Maybe a 90s Mustang or something. (With a small block 383 Chevy of course) :shutup:
 
nice truck... i think my neighbors would dislike me more than they do already if i was to pull holeshots in front of the house

the older people around me hate my guts, i used to do hole shots up my drive way with my quad at least 4 times a week. i had some good marks last year, looked like a mini drag strip haha
