First things first - Yes, I know I have pics in here, but they are located and linked on Imgur and not taking up Motowns space
Krazybones was having trouble with his neighbor and I had trouble with mine for 20+ years. This is an update about white trash neighbors. It seems even with all of the hints, they never change...
I got tired of all of the junk. It took me 20 years of talking to them, begging them to stop driving their bikes and go karts thru my yard and after 3 generations of white trash never changing, I decided to put up a fence. All of a sudden, their 4 dogs quit barking everytime I went into the back yard and no one was driving stuff thru my yard.
Their next door neighbors also got fed up and put up their fence 2 years later. Here is the common theme – I had my lot surveyed and the day I was doing the fence, my neighbor came over to me saying the stakes were wrong and said I was at least 5 feet onto their property. Of couse I wasn’t…Fast forward 2 years, when their next door neighbors had their lot surveyed, they gained at least 30 feet and the bad neighbor said the same thing to them, that the survey was wrong. The bad neighbor lost all of their parking spaces since they used to park their cars and trailers along side of their garage. Come to find out, the bad neighbors garage was built 3 feet from the lot line which was code back then. But, they still do store all of their trash there for good luck…
As you can see, nothing has changed in the 5 years since I put the fence up, just gotten worse…Putting the fence up was the best thing I ever did...
Right after I finished the fence...
Fence today - I powerwash it every couple years and spray sealer onto it every year. Keeps it looking nice...
Behind the fence when first finished
Neighbors got tired of their trash always ending up in their yard so they added a fence and their yard got 3x bigger after they had it resurveyed.
Alongside the neighbors red fence today
Behind my fence today - Nice, isn't it?
