Fugitive on the Run in Milan area.

I was coming home from Dennys in dundee around 2am and at cone road and 23 there was about 20+ cop cars. They stopped me and told me that they were looking for a fugitive that was in the area and asked me to pull over and wait by a sheriff for a few minutes, they let me leave a few minutes later but before i left i saw 2 helicopters with spotlights flying over head. Also when i got home into milan i could hear sirens from every directions and more cop cars flying down main street.... wonder what the hell this fugitive is wanted for?!?
