Fuel Cost

I've benn told by a good source you need a membership card to buy VP race fuel designated for roundy racers.Same spec.fuel we use only a diffrent colour.Just trying to get a discussion going like why are our associations{NHRA-IHRA-NMRA-ect,ect,ect}not stiring things up on our behalf !!!!!
 
most drag racers are a easy going type of people,and thats a good thing.I'm not kidding with this post even though it seems far out.Roundy racers use much more fuel than we do so they have to get a break or they would find diffrent sources,still no excuse for sticking it to us just to line the manufactures and venders pockets.
 
I heard not all dealers are licenced to sell this fuel.The ones who are will lose their right to sell if they sell to anyone without a card.Now I'll say it again I heard this from someone who I know dosen't B.S. I can't name the dealer because he did my friend a favor selling him some.I'm not trying to sell someone down the river just think we should be able to buy for the same price.
 
sorry 82 I was just doing piss poor job of trying to be funny.I'm no authority on this subject but I think anyone running race gas should be scratching their heads.You know what they say there is power in numbers.

maybe you should spit out some actual facts and give us some idea of what or where your talking about and maybe someone could actually look into it instead of being so vague and not giving anyone any real information. not even a price of what these so called roundy round racers are paying

think I said this was something I had heard.One thing I got wrong was that it was the same spec. fuel.I do know of a 1200 H.P. big chief that runs just fine on it.I was also told you have to buy it by the drum and it costs around 30% less.I'm not the answer guy,just trying to find out more facts like you.Figured if you get enough people talking some facts should come out,one way or the other.
