19long, 7"high, 11.5" wide.

the height is without the mounting stands, which i did not use. total with them on is 9"

where does it mount, on the ledge where the spare tire sets??

you can put it there. next to the tire.

i took out the rear seat, i didnt use the mounts, and positioned it firing against the back seat.it tucks up there and fits perfect. you just scoot the tire over.
