no he ordered up a special pulley and another blower from sean hiland---spell--its all in his basement not put on yet. he was dead set on a 5.4 package and this blower but realized the rest of his drivetrain would need to be beefed.
 
right now he had a $$$$ clutch put in it and if he mats it it still slips at higher RPMs...he hasn't driven it much after that.

What type of $$$$ clutch did he install where it still slips? Must be installer error. What mods does he currently have with that clutch to make it slip?
 
I don't know what all he has done to it I know it has a lot of boost and put down some good numbers. I have to correct myself I just talked to him and it is a stock clutch.
 
Okay, I was gonna say. Even the stock clutch in 03-04 Cobras are good, but high boost will eventually kill them. He's best replacing it with a stock 03-04 too. They hold well as long as you don't launch in high RPM's. That will kill it quick.
 
yeah thats what he said about the rims too. he is going to look at the cobra jet this week and ponder on it.....I told him he couldn't get it plated or insured though. I thought?
 
The Y2K's looks the best in silver. That is my opinion though. I like chrome too, hell I had chrome on my yellow notch and chrome on other cars. I have silver R's on my 96.
