FoxBodyJr.'s new 86 capri

ok here is the new pics of it on the trailor. we trailor'd it home cause the city was gonna tow/impound it in the morning. so i got it outta the shop and now shes sitting behind my parents polebarn, lol... the msd box and coil were relocated, and we need cast/camber plates, and polly urethane motor mounts for me to drive it. without these i cant drive it,, HELP!!!

just drained all the oil and pulled the oil filter, which was a bitch. got tired of laying on the ground so i pulled off the power steering pump and it came off in 2 seconds. lol, im dumb...

around mid april ish, my parents wont let me start driving it until they get back from vacation. dont see the reasoning, but i dont wanna argue and they say i gotta wait longer.....
 
well here is what u get when u get a car from somebody that either cut corners, didnt check the gear, or just didnt know what to put on there. so sad! set me back now.....

dont think so. i heard the noise and shut it off. doesnt look to be any other damage other than the gear itself. we will know this weekend. im praying its only the gear that got screwed up...
 
got all my parts, now i just gotta put her together. will be on road april 18th when my parents get back from vacation
 
jeez everyone wants to run me. idc, but i know ur more competition than i can handle. i have watched ur youtube videos. our cars are equal if urs isnt better.
 
ppsshhh yea right...its a stock 302 i swear..and ive got a 2.73 gear in my rearend so ill lose off the line. annnndd im weighted down by my cage :punchball:

B.S.... i was gonna buy ur car, i have ur project thread in my ucer cp. i know everything ur car has done(that u have posted) and u pmed me last week saying u were putting in a new motor. i do my research. and u got a 410 or 373 in ur rear im pretty sure.
 
yea i do have a new motor...still runnin a stock shortblock with factory heads tho. and i swear i dont have anything but a 2.73 gear. i have vids of me on the freeway and only at 2300 at 75 or 80. look at the vid and you can see

either way a friendly race will be fun. im just out to have fun. ill race anybody. id like to get a 4.30 gear if you know anyone whos got one.
