well i got the carb on and everything. EXCEPT that the wrong gear was on the distrubitor and it got torn up. luckily the timing chain didnt get fucked up, hopefully. and all this nice weather i WANT to drive IT!!!!!

Change the oil just in case you have any metal shavings in there. Make sure it didn't damage the cam either.

yea im pretty sure it didnt damage the cam, it was only a small piece that got chewed up. once i heard the noise when it was running i shut it off. we are gonna change the oil too.

well, i can tell u guys this. since i have bought the car i havent driven it and it is not nearly ready for the track. the gauges are all screwed up. they dont work properly and the most i have drove it is 5 feet into a garage. havent opened her up yet or anything. plus i cant drive a stick worth shit. so im gonna have to work on that.

doubt it. needs a lot of work..... i just wanted a clean car with a v8 already in it so i could do the rest and thats wat i got...

same here, thats why nothings getting done on the car. i wish i had more money the paint is absoulte shit. no clear at all and never wet sanded.
