Well i am running 4cylinder front shock and struts in the front and comp 3 way shocks and trick springs in the back, after market uppers and lowers (non adjustable) i am not sure if i should run a anit roll bar or not ??? also when the set up was in the other car the best .60 i got was a 1.49 :-/ on the transbrake not to sure what else to do with out coil overs, also its a t-top car and i dont want to rip it in litteraly in half either lol

They can help 60' but don't do shit for stopping teh chassis from twisting. You need a cage/roll bar. My car has been 1.46 in teh 60' with a stock front strut and no antiroll bar. I have non adjustable uppers and lower and stock rear shocks too. That was leaving off a trans brake on 175 shot. Anti roll bar only stops body roll, not chassis twist. Chassis twist eats up ET too. You lose ppower twisting up the car instead of that same power going to teh wheels. I have since put 9/10 and 50/50 shocks and struts and a new set of heads and have been 1.40 without an antiroll bar. It twists up pretty good, and i will add one as soon as money alows. I also have an 8 point in the car now too. as before i had no cbars in teh car.
