Okay so here's the skinny, Im new to motown but I figure I'd use it to my advantage 
I have an 89 GT. When i start up my car, it starts up but immediately dies. I just put a new fuel pump in and it starts up faster but still dies immediately after it starts. In order for me to start it for it to idle.. I have to throw down the gas pedal all the way when I start it. Any ideas what could be causing this? And When i got the tank back in, my gas guage works when the cars off, but when i start it up, it goes to E. Help would be appreciated on both these.
