Fox Body Floor Pan Replacement

I am ordering the full length pieces from CJ Pony tonight and was wondering if anyone had done their floor pans before? I am only replacing the rear section behind the seat support and would like any advice you have. Thanks in advance

I did my 86 and my 81. The replica pans from CJ and LMR are not the greatest quality. steel/ecoating is crap, For the price of 1 aftermarket pan you can have a whole floor cut out of a rust free mustang. Check four eyed pride, there is a great thread, someone replaced the entire floor on a capri. I MIG'd mine, and ground down the welds. Not too bad of a job.

this is something i will be doing as well to. to be truful im kinda shocked noone has made a hole pan yet ....

I would love to have Reiters do it. I spoke with him about repairing my front frame rail rust as well. Maybe he could do it all in one shot. I will call the shop this week.
