Ford Window Sticker PDF from VIN

Does anyone have access to get a PDF of a window sticker for a 2010 Ford Explorer from the VIN? All of the sites I've found no longer seem to work. Thanks in advance.

Couple years ago I think Ford cracked down on the free window sticker generators. At one point I though I had a link that got you a basic window sticker without pricing/ fuel economy/ etc but can't find the link. I think you can purchase them now but not sure. I know when Ford dealers list used Ford's, they have a link for the official sticker
