Does anyone know if the transfer case out of a 94 f150 with an automatic transmission will work with a 5 speed manual trans of the same year? any help is apprieciated.
 
I can't say for sure, but it should be the same transfer case with a different adapter to the transmission. That is usually how transfer cases work. You should be able to use the transfer case from the automatic truck with the adapter and trans you have.
 
if the same model transfer case, only thing to watch for is spline cound on the t-case in put, that might be different between the auto and manual

on a lot of things, car-part.com is good for telling you the interchangeability. Did you try there?
 
As long as both trucks are F150's, They should be the same.
Warner 1356 with a slip yoke output shaft, however, they did offer two versions,
Manual shift and a Electric Shift Transfer case for that year.
