Ford Bronco ~ Better Than Gold?

Been to a few shows at Jeff's Bronco Graveyard............some really sick Bronco's in our area. I'd love to throw a mod motor in a 2nd Gen Bronco one day.

Early bronco's are crazy priced. Was looking at them when I bought my '79 bronco. Most were 6k-10k for ones that needed every panel, but were still restorable. Cheapest one I saw was one that sold on GL4x4 for somewhere around 5k that was a dedicated trail rig that was rust free looking but every panel was dented from crawling. They seem to average around the 25k-ish mark for a good condition one.

If you wanna drool and rob a bank to buy one, check out Icon 4x4. No expense spared.

At my father-in laws work, they have an original 74 with 270 miles looking to get 60,000 for it

That green Bronco looks like the one that was restored by Baker College in Flint, it looks completely different now if the same truck. Will be up for sale soon........ Oh yea and only the leading paint company supported the project!!!

heard part of the story it fell off car hauler during delivery, than they swapped on a new top, and original owner didn't want it anymore, so it stay in a dealer showroom for years

Weird, for the dealership to keep it, that model only lasted
2 more years, until 1976 I believe.

Also a little strange that the dealership was the one who installed
the winch / bumper / lights as well?

This all bugs me - I want to know what happened!!!
