Does anyone know where i can find a 9in rearend assembly for a 2001 ford mustang gt? if so , is it possible to still run a abs setup?

why do you wanna go to a 9 inch ford over your 8.8 for the money just build up your 8.8. Unless your running some crazy type of power.

ditto. the 8.8 is a strong assy, and can be made stronger.
most people do not realise when assembling a 9" for high hp, a stock one out of a passanger will not work, you need all aftermarket parts, boko deniaro.

I am thinking of running a 9in rear simply for the ease of swaping gear ratios. have a few 3rd members with diffrent ratios and away i go. and i am not a fan of quick change rears!!! I delt with way too many of them when i was in collage. all feedback is greatly appreaciated!!! I truly need help to decide.

Thanks.

without knowing the application, weight or hp,
cost wise i would think moser engineering would have a housing & axles in stock for that application. abs??? im sure anything is possible, but you need to deside what brake set up run, drum, disc, stock parts, aftermarket?
knowing the time it takes to swap out a 3rd member and set up a 8.8, I would rather set up a new gear rather than swap members. c locks? bolt in shafts? maybe a gear venders od section might work better for your application.
