4r70w is very similar and much easier to come across for cheap. Especially if your just going to build it

i know, I was told by a few guys to just start out with a 75 as it's got a few better things going for it right off the get. Might have to just do a 70 but If I can find a 75 within a couple weeks I'd prefer that.

MVB for controlling it. Think I might have found one, buddy with a 04 gt auto want's to trade setups, but it involves shipping so If I can find one more local i'd still prefer that.
