I ran a 9.09@151 this past weekend. I figured I would let yall know. i know none of yall know me. BUt I got Darrins White Trans AM Vert down in NC. I have owned the car for Almost 5 years. Has gone though some killer changes. Does anyone know how to get a hold of him? Dont know if he cares (or anyone for that matter, lol) but the car is still up and running raising hell on the streets every weekend. Cool! That car had some big accomplishments for its time. What did you change about it? Wasn't it in pieces when it was sold?

We did a ton of weight saving, new rear suspension (somebody did an anti-roll bar and did a shitty job) re-did the TH400 that was in it. The car is now a carbed SBC with a Cold Fusion Fogger and plate (runs with fogger only) Aerospace breaks, new Weld RT wheels on the way (black lumastars) also have a new hood and now a parachute on the way too.....

When I got the car from a guy in MI, it had no motor in it. The interior was peiced together. We had to re-do every bit of wiring on the car. Someone started to cut the harness out of the car and stoped half way. It took close to 6 months to get the car running with the new motor combo. Over all the car has been a blast. Still gets a ton of looks everywhere we go....

Watching the motown muscle video's and seeing that car....pretty damn cool. I remember watching those videos and seeing it all over the internet, then a few weeks later I owned the car...Its been fun...
 
Shame it doesn't still have an LT1 in it, but glad to hear it's in good hands. That car was one of the top dogs in the LT1 world for quite some time back when I first got my car.

Yeah I used to live by Darrin, used to always see the car in the garage when I'd be driving home from high school
