I now have a Springfield Armory EMP 1911 chambered for 40 S&W. It has about 600-700 Rounds through the barrel and functions flawlessly. It comes with 3 factory Mec-Gar magazines. The firearm comes with Trijicon Night Sights and has been cleaned and oiled on a regular shooting basis. Price is $600 and does not include ammunition.

If that kimber falls through, I'll probably take it off your hands, but I'm not sure how much is carry the EMP over the XDS though.

Its pretty heavy compared to the xds fully loaded and takes up more space in the grip area. The butt tends to stick out a lot more compared to the XDS.
