Im sure there has. But you could buy a 03/04 cobra for what its gonna cost to repair that Z06. It sounds like it blew a piston right of the wrist pin. Can you say trashed block.

I dont see why you wouldnt just put a 302 in that SVO. It would bolt right up with no probs.

Thats what I planned on doing. I have a short block for the car already. Just want to sell it and throw some money at my coupe! :rockwoot:

I might be interested in trading the SVO for the following:

Vortech S-trim/NOVI 2000 kit for a Fox body mustang
Honda 400ex/ Bombardier DS650/ Raptor 660 type quad
Other cool shit?
 
Is the dash and carpet in good shape? Any idea if everything works like the radio, windows, and locks. Is there a driveshaft and crossmember??

The dash is missing a couple things, like the cluster lens (the other owner screwed around with it a little. There isn't a radio in the car. I have not hooked a battery up so I don't know if the windows and locks work.

There is a driveshaft but not a crossmember.

This is a very fair price in my opinion, these are hard to find in this condition.

It's not easy to build a mustang and still be a little bit unique, but this is one way to do it.

This would be perfect for your Cobra engine. You could make the scoop functional to feed the blower. You know your boys could fab some shit up.

I know, I've considered it! I've already started collecting parts for a different body style though.
