Nothing here.....
I did see a few this year aroundthe property but didn't shoot anything.

I've been out four times and yet to have a deer come in while out there, I have seen quite a few but yet out to far for me to take with the bow. I did see a huge 8 point acrossed the field from my food plot... rifle season comes he is gone, hopefully? A guy that lives up there that owns 200 acres behind our 52 said he has been chasing a 14 point since the end of june he said it (Mr. big buck)makes about a five mile round trip daily as of late passing right thru his property to ours into the swamp that buts up to state land. When I go up this weekend I'm going to hunt a tree stand at the edge of the swamp in hopes to see if this deer is as big as he says, and hope to get a shot off..

I shot at three bucks and missed them all........I saw 5 bucks and a doe in 4 days hunting......I ended up finding out my arrow rest was loose (WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!) this would be the reason iI missed all those times :pow: :bs: Oh well....theres always gun season!

I damn near had a great 8 point yesterday, just off the right front fender of the wife's Suburban. If that'd been my truck I'da whacked him. ;)

What he really ment to say is.. " I got so excited when i saw the first one i pissed my self and fell out of the tree stand. The second one i was able to control my bladder but when i went to draw the bow back i realized that my csi junior bow with a draw back of 50 lbs was to much for me to pull. The next day i reset my draw back tension to 10 lbs so i could pull it back. The third deer i had seen walks in after controling my bladder, pulling my bow back.. I set my fiber optical pin on the target and let my arrow fly! Only to realize i sited in on my 15 yrd pin instead of the 5 and shot over its back.
