I have a 2003 4 door with a zetec dohc 2.0 which cold air intake system would be best for gas mileage also maybe a header and exhaust system ?

Get a clean new air filter and keep the car in check/good tune and you'll be doing about the best you can....Paying more money for aftermarket parts won't pay off in the end for a long time....Keep your foot off the floor helps a lot too.....

Hi thanks just checking my options out. I drive from EastPointe to Metro AirPort so looking for the best I do know that the # 1 O2 sencer is bad and changing it today when the wife get home car drives 43 miles each way four times a day. Thanks again Mike

underdrive pulleys will give you a slight increase also some tuners advertise an increase in fuel economy as well as the Fitch fuel catalyst.

Alternative Auto can tune it with a chip, but the cost of that prolly isn't worth how much you'll save on gas.
