Fluids for 1999 Camaro

Hey guys I have a 1999 Z28 Camaro, and i need to change out the trans and rear end fluid. Was wondering what is the best or recommended brand would be. Also how many quarts do I need? Thanks

If your dropping the transm pan figure 6-8 quarts depending on how much the converter drians out while the pan is off. the rear takes around 3.5-4qts give or take how much comes out. As for the fluids them selves.

80w90 Valvoline for the rear
dexcron Mercron III for the trans.
