I saw this yesterday while I was out running errands:
It appears that someone stole the wheels off of this poor guy's car and left it sitting on blocks. There has been a police report filed (so the sign in the window says) and to make light of the situation, the owner painted up some wheels for the car. I'm pretty sure you won't see something like this in Flint,MI. St. Louis is something else.
