all this pissing and moaning.. if you want to lose weight, squat. If you want to gain weight, squat. if you want to become a stronger person, squat. if you want to punch like tyson, squat. if you want to continue to be a pussy, go tanning, do some bicep curles, and bench press.
Did you see the clip? I am a boxing enthusiast and it is common knowledge among historians that Tyson did not implement weight training into his training. Neither did the great heavyweights of the past that Tyson looked up to and tried to mimic.

This is incredibly embarrassing but necessary I suppose to see exactly what I'm working with. I've always been a fat guy, and the vast majority of people I know have likely never seen me without a shirt on.
But I think that since I was over 210lbs for such a long time, people just think i'm skin and bones and question my health. I'll admit that my face is skinny. My extremities have never been blatantly fat - it's always been in my mid section.
First and last time I do this shit. I snapped this when I woke up this morning.

I took my brother out to the Sagebrush Cantina in Lake Orion for his birthday last night - I ate and drank WAY too much, and I'm paying for it today.
But that's me, 5'8", 137lbs (weighed this morning). I'm certainly not a stick, nor do I intend to be - I just want to lean out a tad more. To be honest, I'm pretty happy with where I've gotten myself thus far. And to reiterate, I don't sit on my thumbs all day. I walk at a very fast pace all over the place. My commute every week is approximately 22 miles - which is all done via walking. Then of course, wherever else I want to go is additional exercise. I also do push-ups and sit-ups everyday. I'm not looking to build lots of muscle - I just want to look a little better.
Nothing but props to you for posting a pic! And nothing wrong with walking, it's one of the best cardio activities for burning fat. Walking at State is quicker than the bus half the time.
Do you know what your macronutrients break down to each day? How much fat, protein and carb you take in? Depending on where you're at now, you might be able to alter the ratio's at the same calories, with no other changes and reach your goals!

Could the "extra inches" in midsection be excess skin from when you were heavier? Something to consider. Cause if thats the case, going under the knife is a potential option.
in my 10 weeks I have dropped bout 35lbs in fat and out on 20 lbs muscle . strength has gone threw the roof .
