fitness people- who is still making progress?

Just checking in to see who is making progress? I have had some good gains in the past few months...sittin at 206pds 6.9% BF at the staggering height of 5'5"......

man...iam short!

I heard from a little birdie that John U. has made some impressive results, hopefully he doesn't fall off the wagon :thumbsup:

you know john eh...yeah, he has...he is on my diet now so he should be making some REAL good gains in next few weeks..(if he follows it )
 
3rd baby came, 2.5 years of hard work wasted. Haven't lifted since June of last year. Tried, but felt guilty working 10 hours then going to the gym. Maybe next year.
 
I've been doing the 500 pushups/day thing, and finally got back on the weight bench. Very impressed with how my bench press went.
 
I just got back to the gym in April after giving it up for a few months in between full-time jobs. I really wasn't out of shape or any heavier, but man did I miss it! I decided last week that I'm going to do the figure comp @ SVSU in Sept. I'm working with Julie Smith (co-owner of the gym I go to- her hubby Matt is the other owner) and other women who compete to prepare. I've scheduled my fitness assessment. My BF wasn't horrible when we did these tests in college, but we'll see how far I have to go. They said my musculature was great, so my biggest hurdle is leaning out. I'm pumped. :thumbsup:
 
I took 2 weeks off for finals back in April, but since then I'm back on 5 days a week. I've been slackin on my low intensity cardio, hard to find time to fit it in. I'm thinking about waking up earlier, and doing it in the morning. I had a couple stumbles in my diet (two beers at a tigers game...) but nothing major.

I also stopped going to the gym :( but only to support my son in all the sports. It seems youth sports have taken over my life from Sept. to June :buds:
 
I have a gym membership for a couple months to get ready before being deployed. I don't really know if I'm making progress yet because I just started but I hope to be around 180. I'm 160 right now.

Here an there. Can't drop lbs but the mirror tells me I'm getting a tad bigger and slightly leaner. Who knows. Drastic diet starts 1 week after next Thursday...
 
making progress slowly.

I just got my own place and didnt realize how much work it is to keep up a house by yourself.
