Fireplace For Sale...Winter is coming! LOWER PRICE

I have for sale a complete setup to install a fireplace in your home.

The unit is used and was working when it was removed. Unit is a Heatilator E42 complete with logs, rack, burner and mesh screen. Also included is the B-vent pipe and the fire block flange. I can also include the vent cap that goes on the roof but it's currently still on the house until the new one arrives so water doesn't come in. The unit can also be used as a wood burner style by just removing the natural gas burner.

Framing deminsions are as follwed:

W = 48"
H = 40 1/2
D = 23 1/2

I can include a nice granit surround to complet the project. I have 4 pieces of black granit already cut for the surround and also 3 pieces of white 3" x 3" granit border to go aroung the black granit.

$300 for everything

I forgot to take pictures of the setup before it was removed but her are some pictures of the unit itself.

Hmmm, let me measure my fireplace. I need a new insert in mine. Current one is rusted and flu doesn't close so it's been plastic wrapped for years. I will have to let you know.

Sounds good let me know...i'll even deliver it since i'm sure you don't want to throw it in the back of the car...haha.

Did you find out if this would work for you? I have a guy that might buy this from me tomorrow and I would hate to sell it if a member needs it.
