finaly hit 11.5!!!

stock heads with a 5 angle valve job thats it, the cam is a comp 224/230 503/510 lift on a 114lsa,10.8:1 compression, 1.6RR, AS&M 54mm throttle body, 3600 vigilante 9 inch converter, fully built 700R4 with a full manual valve body (i have to shift every gear up and down), 3.42 gears inside the stock 10 bolt (waiting for it to snap) jett hott long tubes, off road 3 inch y pipe to a single in/out flowmaster (also have dual 3 inch DMH cutouts) Malory hyfire ignition
 
I'm willing to bet the heads are KILLING it. It would probably run just as fast on one kit. With nitrous you reach a point where it will max out the current combo then anything sprayed above that is a waste and hurting parts imo.
 
oops sorry i have tuner cat, but i cant get the cable to work. it hase a base tune by madZ28.com but i have no clue what kinda power the car makes, im guessing 300whp off nitrous probably500 on spray. but i hate to speculate. i need to get it dyno tuned.
 
Congrats on getting your number, but I agree with 4speed. It seems like you should be able to hit that on the first stage.:dunno:

What were your 60 fts.. Theres no way its making 500.. threw the stock heads with out port work and a good dyno tune
 
1.7 60 foots but like i said its a shot in the dark on my part, thats why i said i hate to guess the power because ive never been on a dyno.

100% right.... these are lt-1 heads, they don't flow shit!!
 
the only reason i dont have heads on it is because the tranny kept breaking after i had it done so it has spent 9 of the 12 months ive owned it at the tranny shop, and im not exagerating at i put the car away in december last year pulled it out at the beginning of march so ive actualy only been driving it for a month. ive put 1000 miles on it since i bought it last october.
 
i went 12.3 on 1 stage but its falling on its face bad even running it N/A, im pulling 5.5 degrees on my malory, if i pull any more it runs worse, i am running 110 octane when i run both stages and its a wet kit.
