Finally a real TQ arm

Looks like a decent peice hows the project comein i havent even heard about it since i dropped off those t-tops that night

Wow your worried about strength ??? Just a recap this thing is 1 3/8 080 wall 4130 chromoly with weld in rod end bungs that are plug welded. The rods end are 3/4 x 3/4 aurora chromoly rod ends.The brackets are made of 1/4 steel except the front double hiem which is actually 7/16 plate. The wole thing is double sided welded and I managed to cut over 5 lbs out of the differential mounting bracket by removing useless metal. This thing with the dana 60 is roughly 10lbs lighter and made from Far superio materials then the older 9inch SW setup. Its also alot more adjustable. Strength was actually the reason I started this whole project becuase at 470whp and 440lb ft the older SW race car TQ arm was starting to bow. I would gladly post a picture of the TQ arm and its small bow its developed. I don't think it would have failed but it sure was squirming around. Either way I am psyched about finally building what I thought ,a good bolt on TQ ARM should be like. Honestly I am shocked the Market isn't full of similar TQ arms of similar design. Time will tell how durable it is but i don't think it will be an issue. Some very crude engineering was done on it with some very basic math. The tube alone are stronger then they need to be by about double. Everything else is total overkill. the whole thing is designed to carry around 4x the wieght of the vehicle. I will put up pictures of the Watts link we are finishing up tommorow that replaces the Panhard Bar.I am very excitied abou this as its been along time in the plannign stages.
 
Sean you should show a side by side picture with that other arm you have there. That thing is bad ass Im sure strength will not be an issue.
