Don't mind me. I just did a bunch of windows updates and need to make sure everything still works.

I made a few changes to the bike since last time I posted a pic of it.

Then-

Now- (Don't mind the date, I was to lazy to reset the camera)

Changes:
-Chrome Odyssey Forks
-Black Medusa Lite 25T Sprocket
-Black Brake Cables (Straight cable rear)
-Black 7" Eastern Bars
-Black/Red Shadow Seat Post
-"Battery" and "www.easternbikes.com" Stickers Removed

Now I just need to order my Shadow Interlock Chain and I'm set for summer I think.

Cool. What kind of riding do you do with it? I'm fixing up my dad's old Peugeot road bike for Grad School. I just had a new chain put on, rewraped the handlebars, polished up the old chrome with chrome polish compound and steel wool the best I could, installed new brake lines and pedals and I'm just looking for a couple odds and ends now.

well i popped my back tire today doin foot jam tailwhips on a 4 foot box lip today
and lastweek i bought the new dk r/t frame and i absolutely hate it lol

yea trails are fun too i would actually prefer trails over anything else but theirs isnt any close to my place except for the ones me and my friends built last summer and we rebuilt em a month ago then went back last weekend and little kids rolled the lips and tore shit up. so we compromised and made the jumps taller, steeper, and dug the backsides of the jumps out and dug 3 foot deep holes in between the doubles. went back yesterday and their still perfect!!!
I do A LOT of trail riding. (Note: dirty ass bike in before pic) Some street. Next to no vert/park simply because there no BMX parks in Jackson.

I just order some more stuff yesterday. Should be here monday.

In Dark Red: (To match my Shadow post and Red medussa lite sprocket I trading a friend for.)

and to be 100% honest dont buy a shadow chain, ive broken everyone ive ever had, in the beginning of the summer i bought the purple v2 and i broke it 4 times the first day, but the bikes looking better jut take off the front brakes and cut the mounts off and your golden lol

I've got another pair of odyssey forks that don't have brake mounts if I wanted to go that way. But I don't a lot of stoppies and front tire stuff. Trust me, if I had a nickel for every time my friends I ride with told me to lose my front brake I'd be a millionaire. LOL

cool!

I just did some upgrades to my Rockhopper, Avid BB7 disc brake conversion and mavic wheels. I cannot believe how well it rolls and stops now!

i rode front brakes for a long time! there fun as hell

I wonder if I could still fit on a bmx bike...

Why such a small sprocket, and why is the seat so low?

Sprockets are small to save weight and rotating mass for better acceleration. The front is 25 teeth and the rear has 9 teeth.

The seat is low because in BMX you hardly never sit down so it's low to keep it out of the way when doing tricks.

Hell, I might be in Milan next weekend. I'll bring the bike and get a hold of ya. :D LOL

Right on. Back when I rode the seat was at the height of my knees while standing up on the bike. That way I could pinch the seat with my knees for no handed stuff (barspins).

the small sprockets so you dont hit it on the coping on the top of quarters

That to...

Side note: I'm happy as hell because I FINALLY after 5 attempts was able to properly fix my cassette. The spring was WAY out of whack. So I had to tweak it a little and adjust the preload and now it sounds and acts like it should. Before it sounded like a free coaster, nearly silent.

Sweet man, I used to be into bmx. I had an old clapped out Hoffman frame with s&m forks, poverty crank, etc. LOL .....it was a piece

Got a box in the mail today....

There's one other change. Although it's only temporary. I'll wait to tell ya.

No one guessed the change? I went front brake-less for a while. Just so I could paint my Oddyssey forks. Now I got front brakes again. I got a few shitty vids from today with my digi cam.
