Fastest Small block on pump gas?

Just wondering what are some of the fastest cars that are all motor and small blocks on pump gas? Just wanting to gather some info.

Totally different field here....my mild pump gas SBC in my Jeep goes 75MPH in 300' with whopping mid 1.7 60's. I believe it's in need of a new converter though, so I'm hoping tha picks up next year.

Urachko builds a crazy SBC that makes 770hp on pump gas. That would put a light street car in the low 9s. Here are the details:

Pump Gas Warrior
770 hp Pump Gas 420 SBC
CFE 15 Degree heads
4150 carburetor
93 octane from any gas station.
640 torque, 770 hp, 93 octane, 7500 max rpm, no maintenance valvetrain

The LS engines do really well also. I have a "cam only" LS engine in my 82 that has been in the low 11s on motor and on pump gas. This is a combo that can be driven anywhere, and gets better mileage than my Cherokee.

Thats a bad ass enigne!!! would love to make 770hp N/a on pump gas. I cant even make 770 hp with boost lol

i think for the price of that engine, you could get way above 770 on a boosted one. Because as i was told by people here, you can start off with an empty garage and 5,000.00. Next thing you know you have a car in the 9's , its super cheep and easy.

Cheaper to build a badass pump gas bb. That's what I'm doing and Uratchko will be doing it for sure!

Oh I'm not building one, its already built and running. I was Just curious as to how fast people have gone with a pump gas SBF on motor.
