They have had some of the weld ground out of the inside for better flow and welded outside for strength. They were high heat powder coated. They were scratched up a little trying to fit them on a Lincoln. Just too much crap in the way on a Mark VII. $100 shipped or will trade for some unequal 1"5/8 shorties.
