new brakes, alternator, battery and intake gasket, plugs, pw, pl, tilt, cruise, tires are 50%, car runs and drives great. I drive it 80 miles round trip to work and back.

There isnt much rust. The car looks descent when clean and the floor boards are in good shape. The only thing bad is the headliner is coming down in a few places but what do you expect, the car is 17 yrs old.
